By accessing and using the Welcom'd platform and services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Welcom'd is a property management software platform that provides tools for rent collection, lease management, maintenance tracking, tenant communication, and portfolio analytics. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the Service.
If you create an account on Welcom'd, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account.
Welcom'd is offered as a subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis according to your chosen plan. Plans renew automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy outlined below.
If you are not satisfied with Welcom'd within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will refund your first payment in full. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first billing period only.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@welcomd.io within 30 days of your initial payment.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or by contacting us at hello@welcomd.io. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service, except as provided by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Welcom'd reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the renewal of your subscription. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance of the effective date. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription.
You own all data you upload to or create within the Welcom'd platform, including property information, tenant records, and financial data. We do not own, control, or have the right to use this data except as necessary to provide the Service.
Upon cancellation of your account, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@welcomd.io.
You agree not to use the Service for:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Welcom'd or Drakos Inc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welcom'd and Drakos Inc from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Welcom'd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
